How much can I save on my real-estate purchase by working with you?

As of this writing (2024) reliable sources indicate the national average buy-side commission is between 2.5% and 3%.  Since we credit you the commission we’re entitled to at closing, you can save up to that much, minus our closing fees.  Contact us today to hear what we currently charge for our services.

If you don’t collect a commission, how to you get paid?

As your buyer-representatives we get paid a-la-carte for the services we provide. If you just need us to send an offer, negotiate a deal and close, then that's all you'll pay for.  A more full-service approach may cost a little more.  In either case you’ll know the costs in advance, you’ll pay only for the services you want, and when it’s all said and done, you’ll be credited with any buy-side commission we’re entitled to from the seller.
